市バス山田バス停のそばともあって上小田井駅からバス活しても寄れそうなのだが五台駐車場もあって🚙で来るぶんにも一応対処は可能。信号の門に有るので入りにくい感じはある。開店前に駐車してると他所の県からの🚙も有って…バレてるなあと思ってしまった。

女将さんかな。入店人数を調べに来て夕刻のオープンと共に店内へ。鰻屋と言うより料亭のそれな感じの空間。基本座敷席しか見当たらない。靴脱いでメニューを開く。までも無いのだが、問答無用で2人とも、ひつまぶしと鰻巻きを注文。うちはご飯を大盛に。着丼というべきか到着までは、さほど時間を要しなかった。手際がいいのだろう。まずは鰻丼として軽く頬張る。

鰻の焼きが強い。皮の焼きの気持ちある渋みが御飯を進めさせる。も、お出汁が後から提供と聞いていたので、8割残しでダシを頼んで、ひつまぶしの醍醐味ダシ鰻漬けを堪能することに。なんだろうね。多幸感を感じる瞬間って唐突に来る。山葵が爽やかにしてくれる。漬物が、また旨い。
