My first impression when I received it was...to be honest, the quantity was quite small. There are two small eel bowls, about the size of a bowl, each containing about 1/5 eel. I'm a little disappointed, including the appearance.
As for the taste, the meat was fatty and delicious, but the skin had a mixture of crispy parts and gooey parts, making the texture uneven. The thickness of the eel is also thin (about 3mm), and since the original amount is small, it lacks the sense of satisfaction.
